PROTACs are bifunctional small-molecules that recruit E3 ligases to target proteins, leading to protein ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. They are emerging as a novel strategy in drug discovery defined by a catalytic rather than occupancy-based mechanism of action in addition to an extended duration of action.

In this mini-symposium, Recent Advances and Uses of PROTACs in Drug Discovery, leaders in the field will present their work and highlight promises and concerns associated with using PROTACs in drug discovery.

Registration deadline is Friday February 23rd. Registration is free but required. Space is limited.
