Travel by Car - From Highway 401 (West of Toronto) Map
- Take the exit for Highway 427 from Highway 401
- Merge onto the Gardiner Expressway
- Take the Spadina Ave exit
- Turn left at Spadina Ave
- Turn right on College St.
- The MaRS Building is on the South side of College St.
- The parking garage entrance is located on Elizabeth St.
- Turn right on Elizabeth St. from College St. and right again into the underground lot.

- Take the ON-404 exit
- Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Don Valley Parkway S
- Merge onto Gardiner Expy W
- Take the York St exit
- Continue north onto University Ave.
- Turn right onto College St.
- The MaRS Building is located on the south side of College St., west of Bay St.
- The parking garage entrance is located on Elizabeth St.
- Turn left on Elizabeth St. from College St. and right into the underground lot.

- Enter Canada via the Peace Bridge, Rainbow Bridge or Lewiston-Queenston Bridge
- Follow signs to the QEW
- Continue on the QEW which will turn into the Gardiner Expressway upon entering Toronto
- Take the Spadina Ave exit
- Turn left at Spadina Ave
- Turn right on College St.
