The SGC has generated a range of protein expression vectors and constructs since inception, and these have been available to researchers around the world via Addgene.
Many of the expression vectors were built for high-throughput, parallel cloning purposes, commonly applying Ligation Independent Cloning (LIC) or In-Fusion cloning.
